1. Advertising content will be posted within 7 days of receipt of payment and banner.
2. exotiXboard.com reserves the right to change advertising rates. The new rates would impact new service only.
3. exotiXboard.com reserves the right to place the word "advertisement" on copy that, in the opinion of exotiXboard.com, resembles editorial content.
4. exotiXboard.com  reserves the right to modify (at the Advertiser's expense) any advertisement, with the Advertiser's approval, in such cases where exotiXboard.com finds the copy, artwork or any other creative element to be (but not limited to) libelous, misleading, obscene, offensive or otherwise objectionable.
5. Acceptance of all advertising is subject to exotiXboard.com Administrator and/or Moderators approval, and agreement by the Advertiser to indemnify and protect exotiXboard.com from loss or expense on claims and suits based upon contents of advertisements. This includes, but is not limited to libel, plagiarism, copyright infringement and unauthorized use of a person's name or photograph.
6. The Advertiser indemnifies and holds harmless exotiXboard.com for any and all losses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees) resulting from exotiXboard.com exercising its right to not publish submissions from the Advertiser.
7. exotiXboard.com shall not be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason an advertisement is not published.
8. exotiXboard.com reserves all rights to cancel any sponsorship campaign at any time at the sole discretion of exotiXboard.com administrators and/or moderators. Any remaining balance of the sponsorship term will be prorated and refunded to the sponsor in the event of such cancellation(s).
9. By becoming a exotiXboard.com sponsor, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the aforementioned terms.
10. exotiXboard.com reserves the right to update and modify the sponsorship terms at any time for whatever reason at the sole discretion of the exotiXboard.com administrators and/or moderators.
